How do you get Vein Essence?
Vein Essence can be obtained from open-world gathering, Elite Training, catch milestones, Nurture Branches, Holo Battle Interlinks, the battle pass, the stamp shop, and contributing Lumin.
Stockpiling it lets you purchase extra bloom attempts to lure rare wild Aniimo.
Each nurture attempt beyond your daily free allotment costs one Vein Essence. Spending them fills the nurture bar at spots like the Breezy Plains branches, which lures specific targets including Prismana Aniimo.
Milestones and shops
Regional completion pays out directly through your collection goals. Capturing 40% of the species in a region awards a Bronze Capture Medal alongside Vein Essence.
Outside of milestone targets, you can buy it directly from the stamp shop or unlock it by progressing the companion manual battle pass. Contributing Lumin also provides Vein Essence.
Combat and gathering
Combat encounters provide repeatable supplies. Clearing Elite Training sessions and completing Hollow Battle Interlinks both grant the material.
You can also pick up Vein Essence through standard open-world gathering, and interacting with Nurture Branches will award it as well.
