How do you unlock weather alteration?
The requirement for unlocking weather alteration, which lets players change local weather and summon Prismanas, is unsettled: it is given both as reaching silver regional completion at 70% and as reaching branch level 60 with 60 Lumin Amber in the Breezy Plains branch.

Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.
Controlling local weather allows you to summon Prismanas and use Prismana crystals.
The weather change screen opens through Prismana Radiance, giving you direct control over local conditions to force specific spawns. Prismana crystals remain unusable until branch level 60 is cleared, making high-tier branch progress essential before weather manipulation becomes practical.
Investing Lumin Amber into the Breezy Plains branch tree pushes this progression forward while unlocking broader regional benefits. Submitting Amber raises your Aniimo capture rate, increases maximum stamina, and unlocks regional perks like Nurture. Skipping branch deposits halts milestone rewards and prevents access to weather controls.
