How do you unlock weather control in an area?
What unlocks weather control in an area is unsettled: it is given as submitting 60 Amber pieces in that area, as earning the silver badge in that area, and as activating blooms and upgrading a region's bloom branch in the map system, which also populates the nurture menu, with Prismana weather control becoming available at 60 percent completion of the bloom graph.
This one is not settled.
Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.
Silver regional completion requires reaching 70 percent in that area. Earning that badge unlocks the ability to change weather within that specific zone.
The other path relies on upgrading the regional bloom branch in the map progression system. Activating blooms populates the nurture menu and unlocks environmental controls, with weather alteration opening once the branch reaches level 60 using 60 Lumin Amber in the Breezy Plains branch.
Prismana weather control
Weather manipulation allows you to trigger Prismana Flow. That environmental condition transforms Aniimo exposed to it into special forms and lets rare Prismana Aniimo variants spawn in a region.
Unlocking Prismana weather control requires reaching 60 percent completion on the bloom graph. Advancing this progression system across the map expands your environmental controls as individual bloom branches gain upgrades.
Not settled: The unlock requirement is unsettled in the game: weather alteration is tied to 70 percent regional completion for a silver badge in some places, and to reaching branch level 60 with 60 Lumin Amber in the Breezy Plains branch in others.
