How much max EP does Somni Wing's trait add?

The bonus only holds while Somniwing sits in your party. Swap it out and the extra 10 EP goes with it. EP is what every active skill and ability costs, so a bigger pool lets you cast more before you have to wait on recovery.

The trait is the smaller half of what Somniwing does for energy. Its ultimate restores 50 EP and can refill you mid-rotation, and the rest of its kit raises the active Aniimo's EP recovery. That makes it a battery for EP-hungry teams, including Grass, Irisalis and Egg Heist teams, and it can be slotted into almost any team.

Building it is simple. Its skill scales with energy regeneration, so regen is the only stat you need to invest in. You also cannot catch it in the wild. It is a free reward in the Elite Training menu once you reach 180 Elite Training points.
