Guides › How to Get Evolution Stones in Aniimo

What do you need to evolve an Aniimo?

Evolving an Aniimo costs materials, including evolution stones.

Materials are rarely the only gate. Some lines also want a level or a defeated Alpha first.

Each line names its own stone, so check yours before you farm. The Night Stone covers several common ones: Wisptis into Ignitis, Flameruff into Inferlupa, and Celestis into Stellarys all spend one.

Conditions on top of the stone

Celestis shows how the conditions stack. It needs Aniimo level 18 and a defeated Alpha Stellarys to unlock the evolution, and only then does it spend the Night Stone.

When an evolution asks for an Alpha, you only have to beat it. Defeating the required Alpha meets the requirement and awards its Alpha evolution stones even if your capture fails. Catching it counts too.

Ordinary wild targets work the other way. If an evolution asks you to defeat a creature, catching it does not count. For Wisptis that means fighting them at night, the only time they spawn. They turn up in Balerion Veil, Barrowline Valley and the Mistwoods, and Barrowline Valley has more of them than the Mistwoods.

Not settled: The extra condition for evolving Wisptis into Ignitis is not settled. It appears both as defeating three wild Wisptis of the same form in a row while using it and as needing a Burning Soul. Either way, the Night Stone is required.
