What level unlocks the Homeland?

You also need to complete the early-game mission GoGo Homes from the NPC Fanny.

Once unlocked, the Homeland provides a private base where you harvest wood and minerals, place Hatchinators to incubate eggs, and upgrade your RV. Starting Homeland activities as early as possible is recommended to level up the vehicle, which scales your passive resource generation. Lumen Amber earned from world progression also feeds directly into developing the area.

Material counts for RV upgrades read as zero whenever you check them from outside the plot, so you must step inside the Homeland to see accurate totals. Upgrading the vehicle also requires waiting through real-time timers, such as a two-hour construction timer to unlock the construction zone.

Homeland features and co-op

The plot holds Aniimo you want to keep close. You can interact with them directly and pet them once per day. The area also unlocks access to specific cosmetics, including four free outfits awarded across main story completion and homeland gathering tasks. Furniture and housing layouts can be shared with other players using layout codes.

Friends can enter your plot through co-op invites. Visiting each other's homes raises your mutual Affinity level, which expands the range of Aniimo available to trade between you.
