What spawns when you activate a Bloom?

Activating a Bloom with Nourish summons waves of creatures native to that region, related to the bloom, that must be captured.

You have two minutes to catch all 20 of them, or the bloom energy is not released. The spawn is a Group Appearance: choosing Attract Aniimo at the bloom plant drops a large number of Aniimo into the area at once instead of trickling them in. Every capture during that sequence charges the regional bloom meter, so the catching is the whole task.

Which species turn up is not fixed. The pool is the creatures native to that region, but the active weather and the time of day decide which species and which forms appear. If you want a particular Aniimo from a bloom, the conditions when you nurture matter as much as which bloom you pick. Once the bloom finishes, the event follows up with an outbreak of a related Aniimo, which gives you a second round of catching.

How to start a bloom spawn

Start from the map. Choose Infuse Energy, the nurture option, and the map shows you which Bloom to visit and lets you teleport straight to it. To see every bloom location without starting anything, use the map filters or the deliver Lumin Embers button.

At the plant, selecting the option to attract Aniimo starts the spawn phase, and the two-minute clock with it. Get into position before you choose that option.

Not settled: How often you can trigger a bloom spawn is not settled. Free nurture attempts bank up to three, and the daily number of extra attempts varies. Each extra attempt costs Vein Essence or Prismatic Energy Shards.
