How to get Fulmintis and Prismana Fulmintis
Level 10 of the free battle pass hands you a Fulmintis egg, and it is the only free route. Here is what that means for Prismana Fulmintis too.

How to get Fulmintis from the free battle pass
Fulmintis comes through the companion handbook. Reach level 10 of the free battle pass and you are granted a Fulmintis egg.
If you are not buying the pass, that egg is the whole story. It is the sole acquisition method for free-to-play players, so there is no other place to look and no reason to go hunting for one in the open world. Level the handbook and hatch the egg.
How to get Prismana Fulmintis
Prismana Fulmintis also comes from the companion manual Battle Pass. It is a seasonal exclusive Aniimo and it cannot be found in the wild, which puts the pass at the centre of any plan to get one.
The catch is the track. Prismana Fulmintis is given as both available on the free track and exclusive to the paid track, and which of those is true is not settled yet. What is stated is that it is obtainable without paying. So a free player has a route, but you should check your own handbook rewards rather than assume which tier it is on.
Because it is seasonal, treat it as something to finish while the season runs. A seasonal exclusive that does not spawn in the wild leaves you no fallback once the pass moves on.
What changes in the Prismana form
Base Fulmintis is an Electric element Aniimo. In its Prismana form it gains the Light element as well.
That second element is not free. Prismana Fulmintis picks up a weakness to Dark that the base form does not have. If your team already struggles against Dark opponents, the Prismana version adds to that problem rather than solving it. Why Fulmintis is worth the pass levels
Fulmintis is built to hit hard. Its base physical attack stat is 130, one of the highest in the game, and it fills a DPS role.
That is the reason to care about a level 10 reward on a free track: you are getting a top-end physical attacker for the cost of playing.
