Pan Panta: Water breaker kit, Hydro Roll and spawn
Pan Panta's buff needs only one puddle, and its Water Cannons make the puddles. Here is how Hydro Roll, Splash Shield, its Prismana skill and its trait fit together.
The short version
- Pan Panta is a Water-element Breaker, and nearly everything in its kit depends on having water nearby.
- Water Cannon and Water Cannonade leave puddles on the ground, and Pan Panta needs only one puddle to absorb water and activate its buff.
- Hydro Roll keeps rolling into enemies for as long as you can pay for it, because it drains stamina the whole time.
- Pan Panta's Prismana form gains Water Cannonade, a break-utility skill that applies five stacks of the Water debuff.
- Pan Panta's trait only works with a Susuta family member of the opposite gender in the party, and you can find Pan Panta in Echoback Landing.
Pan Panta is a Water-element Aniimo that plays the Breaker role. The role itself has its own page on this site, so this one sticks to what makes Pan Panta different from the other Water breakers: a kit that runs on puddles.
The short version is that Pan Panta makes its own water. Its cannon attacks leave puddles behind, and its abilities feed off those puddles. Once you see that loop, the rest of the kit makes sense.

Puddles are the engine of the kit
Pan Panta's abilities depend on water nearby. That sounds like a restriction until you look at what it asks for: a single puddle is enough for Pan Panta to absorb water and activate its buff.
You rarely need to go looking for that puddle, because Pan Panta makes them. Its water attacks, Water Cannon and Water Cannonade, both create water puddles on the ground. So the practical rhythm is simple. Fire a cannon, leave a puddle, and the buff is in reach.
The catch is that the buff is tied to the water, not to Pan Panta alone. If you open a fight with something other than a cannon, you are playing without the thing the kit is built around.
Hydro Roll and Splash Shield
Hydro Roll is Pan Panta's pressure tool. It rolls into enemies continuously, which makes it good for staying on a target rather than landing one hit and backing off.
It is not free. Hydro Roll drains stamina for as long as it runs, so the length of a roll is really a question of how much stamina you are willing to spend. Rolling until you are empty leaves you with nothing for the moments after.
On the defensive side, Pan Panta has Splash Shield, a water shield ability. Between the two, you get one move for committing and one for holding your ground.
Pan Panta Prismana: what Water Cannonade adds
Pan Panta's Prismana form gains Water Cannonade. It is a break-utility skill, and it applies five stacks of the Water debuff, which suits a creature whose job is breaking.
Water Cannonade also creates puddles, the same as Water Cannon does. That means the Prismana skill does two jobs at once: it stacks the debuff on the enemy and it sets up the water Pan Panta needs for its buff.
Trait, party pairing and where Pan Panta spawns
Pan Panta's trait has a strict condition. It only works when a Susuta family member of the opposite gender is in your party. Without that partner, the trait does nothing, so if you want it active, plan the party around the pairing rather than adding Pan Panta on its own.
When you go to catch one, Pan Panta spawns in Echoback Landing.
Where to start
Lead with a cannon so there is a puddle on the ground, use Hydro Roll only as long as your stamina can afford it, and keep Splash Shield for when you need to hold position. If you want the trait as well, bring a Susuta family member of the opposite gender. Pan Panta spawns in Echoback Landing.
