Can Aniimo be used for traversal?

Twining directly grants an Aniimo's movement skills to your character.

Transforming alters how you navigate the world, bypassing terrain obstacles that block standard foot travel. Each creature provides a specific mobility skill set rather than a universal upgrade, meaning you change forms based on the terrain ahead.

Ground and water movement

Emberpup enables high-speed sprinting across terrain through the Hustle ability, which increases movement speed while consuming stamina.

For water obstacles, Skippy provides level one swimming traversal abilities. When dealing with underground gaps, Hummins has the ability to dig directly into the ground.

Vertical reach and flight

Celestice provides level one climbing and flying traversal abilities for scaling cliffs and crossing drops.

For expanded airborne mobility, Nimbi grants flying, a higher jump, and an additional air dash. While these flying capabilities allow you to reach high elevations, unlocking true flight requires Lumin Amber.
