Guides › How to assign Aniimo workers in the Homeland

Can Aniimo work at your base?

Aniimo assigned to a housing plot or base perform specific jobs, gather resources, and craft items based on their specialties.

Aniimo assigned to base labor cannot be used in your active combat party.

Working on your plot or in the RV factory locks that creature out of open-world exploration until you relieve them. You can deploy multiple duplicates of the same species simultaneously, which lets you maintain a full workforce without sacrificing your main battle roster.

Upgrading your Homeland RV to level 2 unlocks Aniimo worker automation. Stationed creatures will then automatically handle watering, harvesting, building, and production across your grounds. Keeping that line running requires a steady food supply. Homeland workers must be fed to maintain work efficiency, and they stop producing work entirely if their food runs out.

Specialties and crafting

Work assignments align with elemental types and specific families. Fire-type Aniimo specialize in cooking and receive proficiency bonuses at cooking stations. Earth-type Aniimo specialize in mining stones and mineral resources throughout the Homeland. Certain families provide dedicated raw materials, such as assigning an Aniimo from the Nimbi family to a Nimbus Bed to produce wool, which is then processed into yarn on the Joy Wheel Loom.

Homeland facilities also cover gear manufacturing. Assigned laborers craft Basic Aniipods using mined shells, alongside Anipod Pros and Anipod Megas. Crafting Aniipods and experience items at your base consumes Primegy.

Storage and transit efficiency

Physical distance changes production speed. Placing storage units near crop fields, resource plots, and crafting stations reduces item transport and transit times for working Aniimo.
