Do Pathfinders fight alongside their Aniimo?
The player's human character, the Pathfinder, fights directly in combat alongside their Aniimo.
In Command mode, you stay on the field while your Aniimo attacks automatically. Untwining keeps you in human trainer form alongside your active partner. You participate directly by using your own attacks and skills, sprinting, dodging, and issuing tactical orders to activate creature abilities.
Combat runs in real time and uses Prime Energy for stamina management. You can field an active party of up to four Aniimo, cycling between teammates and managing cooldown-based skills while remaining in the fight on foot. Pressing C leaves this cooperative setup by entwining directly into the Aniimo to take solo control.
