Does upgrading the Branch increase capture rate?

Infusing Lumin Amber into the local tree raises your base rate in that zone.

In Breezy Plains, feeding Amber into the branch strengthens your baseline success on wild encounters across the entire territory. Offering Amber also restores branch energy, deepens your bond with the location, and yields special blessings alongside passive stat gains.

The increased capture efficiency pairs directly with Nurture, a mechanic unlocked through regional branch upgrades. Nurture boosts your chances of meeting Sparkling Aniimo in the wild. Depositing 30 Lumin Amber to advance the regional branch expands this system, adding 10 daily nurture attempts to your allowance.
