Forest Form Flamerion spawns after 15 Forest Form Sparkies in the area, though whether they must be caught or defeated is unsettled, and its location is unsettled too: Mistwood, Driftwise Meadow and Berryline Vale are given both as competing answers and as three separate spawn locations.
