What are Sparkling Aniimo?
Sparkling Aniimo, also called shiny or glimmering Aniimo, are the game's shiny variants: a rare cosmetic mutation gives them an alternate coloration analogous to shiny Pokémon, marked by changes to colour and body markings and a sparkling visual aura, and they are distinct from Prismana forms.
The sparkling trait is cosmetic and does not make an Aniimo stronger in combat.
Sparkling Aniimo feature 10 distinct types or levels. You can modify the shiny color variant of a sparkling Aniimo by using Sparkling Pigment consumable items. Sparkling Spirits also exist as shiny variants of characters.
How to get sparkling Aniimo
Sparkling Aniimo can be found in the wild or obtained through egg hatching. Premium Anipods such as Sparkling Cubes guarantee that the captured creature will be a shiny glistening variant. You can also apply a Sparkle Cube or sparking box to certain eggs during incubation.
Sparkling vs Prismana
Sparkling status and Prismana forms are separate systems that can overlap. An Aniimo can spawn with both a Prismana form and sparkling status at the same time.
Applying a Prismana Orb to an existing sparkling Aniimo produces a sparkling Prismana. Doing this preserves traits such as Alpha status and perfect potential.
