What is Lumen Amber used for?
Lumen Amber is a progression resource that directly advances regional and world progression, spent on Pathfinder upgrades, creature progression, equipment, Homeland development, world activities, and upgrading regional branches such as the Branch in Idol, which increases local capture rates.
Branch upgrades in Idol draw from the same supply as your Pathfinder and equipment paths.
Spending on creature progression strengthens your active roster while moving regional advancement forward. You also spend the material directly on world activities and Pathfinder upgrades, making it a critical progression resource across character stats and world progress alike.
Homeland development introduces another sink for your reserves. The Homeland system unlocks at Wayfarer level 20, which is the player level, once you complete the early-game mission GoGo Homes from Fanny. Building out your private base requires balancing your stockpile between Homeland projects and ongoing creature or gear enhancement.
