What level do you need for the Irisalis event?

Level 20 opens the Irisalis dungeon and Student 1 lets you join the event, so you need both.

Capturing Aniimo is the quickest way to reach level 20 while you are already playing. Every capture grants player experience, and the first capture of a new species in each area pays bonus XP, so catching something new in every zone you reach adds up fast. That same Player XP raises your World Level, alongside your Pathfinder rank.

Meeting the requirement does not make you ready for the dungeon. Fights get significantly harder when your Aniimo are underleveled, because enemies gain damage multipliers and resistances. Open the treasure chests you pass in the open world, since they contain experience gems. Some Aniimo also need levelling before you can train their stats or resonance at all.

How long the Irisalis event runs and where the petals are

The event runs for 75 days, from September 25th until December 10th. You have time to reach level 20 first, but the event clock keeps running while you are still short of it.

Irisalis Petals are scattered at points across the open world. The event menu shows where they are, so check it before you head out.
