Where does Luminel spawn?
Luminel spawns at Tidal Blossom Coast during thunderstorms, found inside a cave.
The cavern remains empty of this encounter unless a thunderstorm is active.
Clear skies or standard rain will not trigger the spawn at Tide Blossom Coast. Watch the regional weather cycle and enter the cave while the storm is actively rolling across the coast.
Catching this encounter is mandatory if you want 100% completion for the zone. It also registers the storm variant to your collection, which is required before you can switch any existing Aniimo into that form.
Storm variant benefits
Weather-dependent variants bring altered elements, elemental enhancements, and upgraded skills. Moves unlocked from this weather variant can also be equipped onto standard forms within the same Aniimo family.
Regional and environmental forms are not inherently stronger or rarer across the board. You still need to catch each specific variant directly in the wild, as alternate forms cannot be unlocked on existing creatures until that variant has been caught.
