Do Prismana Aniimo have better stats?

No. Different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats, and Prismana variants do not inherently have superior stats, moves, or abilities. What can differ is element and skills, and even that is not guaranteed.

The short version

  1. Different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats, so a Prismana form is never a stat upgrade.
  2. Prismana variants do not inherently have superior stats, moves, or abilities.
  3. A Prismana form can give an Aniimo a different element from its basic form, plus skills that are unlocked by owning that form.
  4. Prismana Pawney and Prismana Scorchhowl have no exclusive typing and no exclusive skill; Prismana Magmarex has no exclusive skill.
  5. Combat roles carry over: Grizbo's Prismana form keeps the species' DPS role, and Prismana Turbo keeps Turbo's Support role.

Short answer: no. A Prismana form does not arrive with a better stat line than the basic form of the same Aniimo. Different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats, and Prismana variants do not inherently have superior stats, moves, or abilities. If you were hoping a Prismana pull would quietly raise your team's ceiling, it will not.

That does not make them pointless. A Prismana form can give an Aniimo a different element from its basic form, along with skills that are unlocked by owning that form. Those are real, build-changing differences. They are just not stat differences, and they are not automatic.

So the useful question is not "are Prismana stats better". It is "does this particular Prismana form bring a different element or a skill I do not already have". For several of them, the answer is no.

The stat line does not move

Different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats. Same species, same numbers, whichever form you are looking at. There is no hidden multiplier on the Prismana version and no quiet bump to one attribute to make up for it.

This is worth saying plainly because it settles a lot of team-building arguments before they start. Prismana variants do not inherently have superior stats, moves, or abilities. A Prismana form you own and a basic form you own are the same raw material. Everything that separates them has to come from somewhere other than the stat screen.

Element and unlocked skills are where a difference can live

The one place a Prismana form can genuinely change what an Aniimo does is typing and skills. A Prismana form can give an Aniimo a different element from its basic form, and it can carry skills that are unlocked by owning that form. When that happens, you are not getting a stronger creature. You are getting a differently shaped one, which can matter more.

But the element shift is not a rule. Prismana Scorchav retains pure Fire elemental typing, exactly as its basic form is. Witchin has only one type combination across its forms, so no Witchin form is a typing answer to anything the others cannot already handle. Check the element before you assume a Prismana form fills a gap on your roster.

Forms that bring no exclusive typing or skill

Some Prismana forms bring nothing new at all on paper. Prismana Pawney does not possess an exclusive typing or an exclusive skill. Prismana Scorchhowl does not possess an exclusive typing or an exclusive skill either. Prismana Magmarex does not have an exclusive skill.

For those three, the Prismana version is not a sidegrade or an upgrade. It is the same creature with the same base stats and nothing gated behind owning it. If you already run the basic form, you are not missing power by not owning the Prismana one, and you should not shelve a levelled basic form to chase it.

Combat roles carry over

The other thing people expect a Prismana form to do is change a creature's job. It generally does not. Grizbo's Prismana form retains the species' DPS combat role. Prismana Turbo retains the Support role of its base form, Turbo.

That is good news if you built your team around a slot. Swapping in the Prismana version of something you already use will not leave a hole where your support or your damage used to be. It is bad news if you were counting on a Prismana form to turn a support creature into a carry. That is not what the forms do.

Which Aniimo have a Prismana form

Prismana forms are not universal, so the first check is simply whether the creature you care about has one. Scorch Hollow possesses a Prismana form. Pawni has a Prismana form. Glacie has a Prismana form.

Having one is the start of the question, not the end of it. Ownership tells you a form exists to collect. Whether it is worth building around comes back to element and unlocked skills, because the stats are already settled and they are the same.

Where to start

Judge a Prismana form on its element and its unlocked skills, not on its numbers. If it brings neither, it is a look, and your basic form fights exactly as well.
