What it lets you reach
The dex lists no traversal ability for Witchin — it does not open new ground.
Movement: Luminous Seed Throws luminous seeds that light up the surrounding area when they land. That is a speed buff rather than traversal — it does not get you anywhere you could not already go.

Which egg produces Witchin is not known yet.
Named eggs lock their outcome, so one very likely does. Nobody has published which, and we will not name it until we have watched one hatch — which is what we start measuring on 16 September.
