How Prime Energy and Primegy Work in Aniimo
Prime Energy regenerates one point every six minutes up to a cap of 300, or 600 with the monthly pass. Anything that ticks in above the cap is wasted, and so is its account EXP.

Prime Energy is Aniimo's stamina system. It is an energy currency that most of the game's rewarding activities spend, and once it runs out, your farming stops until it comes back.
You will see it spelled several ways in the game and around it: Prime Energy, Primegy, Primagy, Primige and Primergy all mean the same counter. This guide calls it Prime Energy, or Primegy for short.
What matters is how fast it comes back, how much you can hold, what eats it, and how to top it up. Get the cap wrong and you lose energy and account EXP without noticing.
What regen does in Aniimo
Regen is the passive refill of Prime Energy. It runs in real time, whether you are playing or not, at one point every six minutes. That works out to 10 per hour and 240 per day.
The rate is fixed. You do not speed it up by playing more; you only decide whether the points it produces get used or wasted.

Prime Energy has a base cap of 300. The monthly pass doubles that to 600.
The cap is where regen quietly costs you. Energy that would regenerate while you are already at the cap is lost, and the account EXP that energy would have earned goes with it. Sitting full is not banking; it is throwing away both.
The practical habit is simple. Spend down before you log off for a long stretch, so regen has room to fill. The bigger cap from the monthly pass mostly buys you a longer gap between sessions before you start losing points.

What Prime Energy is spent on
Most of the energy goes into challenges. Material sources award upgrade materials in exchange for energy, and Star Sands and Star Essences are obtained mainly by spending it, including through Elite Training. That is why the counter caps how much you can farm in a day: once it is empty, those sources are closed to you until regen or a refill brings it back.
Bosses take a share too. Claiming elite and Alpha boss rewards, including the chance to catch the defeated boss, costs 30 Prime Energy, and attempting to capture Alpha or Omega world bosses consumes energy. Alphas can be farmed repeatedly for stamps as long as your energy lasts. The capture side of that has its own guide on this site.
In Holo Battle challenge mode, opening boss chests and claiming their rewards and drop materials also requires Prime Energy.
Finally, it is not only a combat resource. Crafting Aniipods and experience items at home consumes Primegy as well, so your crafting and your farming draw on the same pool.

Refilling Prime Energy
When regen is not enough, Primegy can be replenished with special items and a special currency.
The item to know is the Primige Battery, which replenishes Prime Energy instantly. Beyond that, you can restore or buy energy directly through the plus sign next to the energy counter, or through the in-game store.
The daily supply pack is the one refill whose price is not settled. It is listed both as costing 50 energy and as costing 50 Primagems, so check the price in your own store before you count on it.
Where to start
Think of Prime Energy as a tap that never turns off. Regen gives you one point every six minutes up to 300, or 600 with the monthly pass, and anything over the cap is gone along with its account EXP. Spend it on challenges, boss rewards and home crafting before you step away, and keep Primige Batteries for the days you want to farm past what regen covers.
