How to claim Time to Aniimo web event and launch rewards
Web event and launch rewards expire if you never make a character within 180 days of launch. Here is what each reward is, and what you do to unlock it.
The short version
- Web event and launch rewards stay claimable only until 180 days after launch. You claim them by creating a character, and after that window they expire.
- Exclusive profile card backgrounds arrive automatically once you pick a server and create a character. There is nothing to redeem by hand.
- Collecting all five featured basic Aniimo during the web event unlocks the Meet an Idol profile card background.

The Time to Aniimo web event and the pre-registration campaign left a pile of rewards waiting for anyone who took part: profile card backgrounds, an outfit set, capture cubes and a free rare Prismana Aniimo further down the line. None of it is sitting in a mailbox forever.
The rule that matters most is simple. You claim these rewards by creating a character, and you have 180 days from launch to do it. Miss that window and they expire.

The 180-day rule for claiming rewards
Web event and launch rewards are tied to character creation. Create a character within 180 days of launch and they are yours. Leave it longer and they expire.
You do not need to hunt through menus for the profile card backgrounds. Exclusive profile card backgrounds are delivered automatically once you select a server and create a character. If you took part in the web event and have not made a character yet, that single step is what turns your progress into rewards.

What the web event itself gives you
The web event's headline reward is a profile card background. Collect all five featured basic Aniimo during the event and you unlock the Meet an Idol background. Missing even one of the five means no background, so it is a full set or nothing.
The web event also has an Aniimo exchange. Starting an exchange automatically creates a shareable link, so you can send it to a friend without setting anything up yourself.
If you played the beta, there is one more thing to claim. Beta participants can carry secured creatures over to the global launch through a sealed promise egg. You claim it through the official event page using your beta account, so log in with the account you played the beta on, not a new one.
Pre-registration and pre-order rewards
Pre-registration provided a set of launch rewards: capture cubes for catching Aniimo, accessories, and a limited outfit unlocked as a pre-registration milestone reward.
That outfit is the Sunlit Myriad limited outfit set. It is an exclusive cosmetic, unlocked by the campaign reaching 30 million pre-registrations.
Pre-orders add one more cosmetic. The Collector's Edition tier includes a profile frame. Like the outfit, it changes how you look rather than how you play.
The Prismana Pact selector
The most useful launch reward does not arrive on day one. The Prismana Pact launch event selector unlocks when you reach account level 40 and the Junior Wayfarer Pathfinder rank, which the game also calls Junior Excursionist. It lets you choose one free rare Prismana Aniimo between levels 40 and 45.
How many Aniimo you can pick from is not settled. The pool is given as 14 in one place and six in another, so check the selector itself when you reach it rather than planning around a fixed list.
Because the selector is gated by level and rank rather than by date, there is no rush to grind for it. Just do not forget it exists when you cross level 40.

Login events running now
Two login events hand out rewards for showing up. Travel Chronicles awards travel gifts for logging in a set number of days during the event.
Journey Chronicles is a 7-day login reward event that started on 1 October. Log in each day it runs and you collect the full set.
Where to start
Create a character now if you have not, even if you are not ready to play. That one step delivers your profile card backgrounds and secures every web event and launch reward before the 180-day window closes. If you played the beta, claim your sealed promise egg on the official event page with your beta account. Then come back for the Prismana Pact selector at level 40.
