Infergon kit: Lava Breath, fire stacks and Prismana egg
The Prismana Infergon egg is a Season 1 reward at season rank 12, and earning it unlocks Gale Charge for every Infergon you get afterwards.
The short version
- Prismana Infergon is only available as a Season 1 reward: an egg earned through stamps in the Season Journey when you reach season rank 12.
- Getting Prismana Infergon makes its exclusive skill, Gale Charge, available to every Infergon you obtain after it.
- Lava Breath applies eight stacks of the Fire debuff, and Infergon is one of the few units that can stack fire like this.
- Flaming Claws is Infergon's main damage skill, and Ferocious Fang is a recommended held item.
- Infergon has Fly III, so it doubles as a flying mount outside combat.
Infergon is a Fire-element DPS Aniimo. Its job is simple: put a pile of Fire debuff stacks on whatever it is fighting and then hit hard. Few units can stack fire the way it does, which is why it earns a place in fire teams.
It also has a rare version worth chasing. The Prismana Infergon egg is tied to Season 1, and getting it changes every Infergon you own afterwards, not just the one that hatches.
This page covers how to earn Prismana Infergon first, because that part has a deadline attached to it. Then it walks through the kit: Lava Breath, Flaming Claws, the held item, where it sits in a team, and flight.

How to get the Prismana Infergon egg

Prismana Infergon is obtainable only as a Season 1 reward. It comes as an egg, earned through stamps in the Season Journey once you reach season rank 12. There is no other route to it listed, so if you want it, the Season Journey is the thing to work on.
The reason to bother goes beyond having a rare variant. Obtaining a Prismana unlocks an exclusive skill. For Infergon that skill is Gale Charge, and once you have Prismana Infergon, Gale Charge becomes available to all later Infergon you get. One egg upgrades the options for the whole line.

Lava Breath and fire stacks
The core of the kit is Lava Breath. It applies eight stacks of the Fire debuff to its targets in one go.
That matters because stacking fire is uncommon. Infergon applies multiple stacks of the Fire debuff and is one of the few units that can do so. If your team is built around fire, Infergon is one of the short list of Aniimo that can load enemies up quickly.
Lava Breath sets things up; it is not where most of the damage comes from. Flaming Claws is Infergon's main damage skill, so the rhythm is stacks first, then claws.

Held item and its place in a fire team

Ferocious Fang is a recommended held item for Infergon. It suits a unit whose role is damage.
Infergon fits well in a fire team and can serve as its main damage dealer against bosses. Fire team building has its own page on this site, so the short version here: Infergon is a strong pick for the damage slot.
One timing note if you run it alongside Turbo. Turbo's core skill has an 18-second cooldown, which is long enough that if you switch to Infergon and want to swap back to reuse it, you will be waiting. Plan your Infergon window around that rather than expecting Turbo's skill to be ready again straight away.
Flying with Infergon
Infergon is not only a fighter. It can be used for flying and has the Fly III traversal ability, so the same Aniimo that handles your boss damage can also carry you around the map.
Where to start
If you play fire, work the Season 1 Season Journey to season rank 12 for the Prismana Infergon egg, because it unlocks Gale Charge for every Infergon after it. In fights, open with Lava Breath for eight Fire stacks, deal damage with Flaming Claws, and give it Ferocious Fang.
