Where does Egg Heist take place?
Egg Heist is a matchmaking mode in which three-player teams drop into a region whose name is unsettled: it is given as both the Lost Isles and the Lost Islands.
This one is not settled.
Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.
Rare eggs spawn specifically within the large rooms of the dungeon sanctum.
Squads deploy across the island to contest these interior chambers while confronting wild monsters and opposing players. Outside the dungeon structures, the surrounding territory stretches toward the coastline where an escape boat awaits.
Completing a run requires moving retrieved eggs out of the sanctum and across the island to that extraction vessel. Pathfinders can extract individually at the boat as soon as they personally turn in an egg or gather the required Eggshell Coins.
Not settled: The in-game name for the region remains unsettled, appearing interchangeably as the Lost Islands and the Lost Isles.
