How to earn Bud Tickets in the Homeland
Sparkling Prismana in your house are the biggest earner, up to 270 Bud Tickets a day. Then the cheap-decoration loop that raises your Home Index, and why farm visits pay.
The short version
- Prismana and Sparkling Aniimo placed in the home building zone earn Bud Tickets faster and in larger amounts than regular Aniimo, and a sparkling featured Prismana produces 270 Bud Tickets a day.
- Petting a Homeland Aniimo that asks for it before its timer runs out awards Bud Tickets, and you can pet them daily.
- Cube decorations cost 2 Bud Tickets each, and buying the cheapest decorations then selling them back is the most efficient way to raise the Home Index.
- Decorations sell back at the shop for half their price, so selling back is for the Home Index, not for profit.
- Gathering from trees or soil on other players' farms 15 times earns a farm chest that appears at the front of your home plot the next day.
Bud Tickets are the Homeland's working currency. You spend them on buildings, decorations, materials and cosmetics, so almost everything that makes your home look and run better comes back to how many of them you are earning.
Most of your income comes from the Aniimo you keep at home, not from anything you do by hand. The single biggest choice is which Aniimo you put in the house. After that, petting, a cheap decoration loop for the Home Index, and visits to other players' farms fill in the rest.
Aniimo sparkling vs Prismana: who earns the most Bud Tickets
Aniimo placed in the Homeland's upper living area generate Bud Tickets passively. Any Aniimo will do something there, but not all of them earn at the same rate.
Prismana and Sparkling (shiny) Aniimo placed in the home building zone generate Bud Tickets faster and in larger amounts than regular Aniimo. They also bring in extra rewards beyond the tickets themselves. That makes the house the best place for any Prismana Aniimo you are not using on your team. How a creature becomes Prismana in the first place is its own subject, covered in our Prismana transformation guide.
You do not have to choose between the two traits. A shiny Prismana in the house raises daily output further, and a sparkling featured Prismana produces 270 Bud Tickets a day. If you own one, it belongs at home.
The Homeland can also feed you more Prismana. Displaying prismatic relics in the collectible display case unlocks egg rewards, including Prismana or Umbral eggs, mystery egg boxes and avatar frames.

Petting for tickets
You can pet and interact directly with the Aniimo kept at your Homeland, and petting can be done every day. The ones that pay are the ones that ask: petting a Homeland Aniimo that requests it before its timer runs out awards Bud Tickets. Miss the timer and that reward is gone.
Your Aniimo show visible emotions at home, such as happiness, frustration, tiredness and sadness, so it is worth glancing at them when you pass through rather than only checking the ticket count.
Raising the Home Index cheaply
You customize the Homeland by placing furniture and decorative structures, including Aniimo-themed items, through the layout and outdoor decoration menus. Anything you place can be pulled back up with the recycle action (Square or X on controller), which returns it to your inventory.
The Home Index rewards decorating, and the efficient way to raise it is to buy the cheapest decorations with Bud Tickets and sell them back. Cube decorations cost 2 Bud Tickets each, which makes them the obvious candidate.
The catch is the sell back rate. Decorations sell back at the shop for half their price, and selling back a placed or recycled item returns only part of what you paid in Bud Tickets. Every loop costs you something. That is exactly why you do it with the cheapest items and never with anything expensive.

What to spend Bud Tickets on, and what they do not buy
Bud Tickets go on buildings, decorations, materials and cosmetics. The Homeland shop is run by a robot NPC named Benny 2333, and it also sells accelerator consumables that speed up farm tasks.
Bud Tickets are not the only Homeland currency. Stars are spent on furniture, decorations and farm cosmetics, so check which one an item is priced in before you plan around it.
Facilities follow their own rules. Elemental and upgraded functional facilities cost 10 gems or shards of the matching element, such as 10 purple gems for a purple facility. An upgraded (orange) elemental facility grants a 5-point bonus to its element.
Do not confuse Bud Tickets with Growth Buds. Growth Buds are consumable items that grant experience points to level up an Aniimo, and they are not a currency.
Farm visits pay too
Other players' homes are worth your time. Tilling soil on another player's home plot gives rewards, including harvested resources and a chest.
The chest has a clear condition. Gather from trees or soil on other players' farms 15 times and you earn a farm chest, which appears at the front of your own home plot the next day. Players meet up and travel together in RV caravans of up to six people, which is a natural way to find farms to work through.

Where to start
Put every Prismana or Sparkling Aniimo you are not battling with into the home building zone first, since that is where the volume is. Pet the Aniimo that ask before their timers run out. Use cube decorations for the buy and sell back loop when you want Home Index, and get your 15 gathers in on other farms so tomorrow's chest is waiting.
