Regional Branch Upgrades and Passive Trees
Lumin Amber buys every branch upgrade and unlocks nurturing. Before you can cultivate a zone, you need its bronze medal, and you get 10 attempts a day.
The short version
- Lumin Amber is the currency for upgrading regional branches and their passive trees, so gathering it is how you make progress here.
- You unlock nurturing by gathering Lumin Amber and upgrading the Branch. It is not available from the start.

Regional branches are where your exploring turns into lasting progress. Each one has a passive tree, and both the branch and the tree are paid for with the same resource: Lumin Amber.
The system has three layers. Amber pays for upgrades. Upgrades unlock nurturing. Nurturing at a Bloom leads to Prismana Aniimo. Cultivation runs alongside all of this, with its own entry requirement and a daily limit.
Lumin Amber pays for everything
Every regional branch upgrade costs Lumin Amber, and so does every step through that branch's passive tree. No other currency is involved, so every bit of Amber you pick up goes toward one of these two things.
That makes Amber the resource to watch when you explore a region. A branch you have not invested in is a passive tree you have not started.
Unlocking nurturing and spawning Prismana
Nurturing is not available at the start. You unlock it by gathering Lumin Amber and upgrading the Branch, which is one more reason to put your first Amber into the branch itself.
Once it is unlocked, you nurture at a Bloom. Each nurture adds to the region's energy, and that energy is what spawns Prismana Aniimo. If you are after Prismana, the route is direct: get the Amber, upgrade the Branch, then go and work the Blooms.
Cultivation needs the bronze medal first
Cultivating an area has an entry requirement. You need to have caught at least 80% of the local Aniimo species. Reaching that also earns you the bronze medal for the zone, so the medal works as your signal that cultivation is open there.
This means a zone you have only passed through is closed to you. Go back and fill in its species list before you plan to cultivate it.
There is also a daily cap. You get 10 cultivation attempts per day, and the cap is not tied to a zone. If you have bronze medals in several areas, they all draw on the same 10, so decide where those attempts are most useful before you spend them.

Put your early Lumin Amber into the Branch so nurturing unlocks, then use the Blooms to build energy toward Prismana Aniimo. At the same time, fill in each zone's species list until you have its bronze medal, and spend your 10 daily cultivation attempts on the zones that matter most to you.
