Support Aniimo list by element and scaling stat
Every support Aniimo sorted by element, from Nimbi in wind to the dark trio of Dewy, Hexen and Fragrancier, plus which ones scale with HP, Regen or Attack.
The short version
- Support Aniimo don't all scale with the same stat: some heal off HP, some scale their regen effects with Regen, and some scale with Attack.
- Hexen is the one support confirmed to scale with Regen, and it covers both Dark and Grass.
- Dark has the deepest support bench: Dewy, Hexen and Fragrancier all fill the role.
- Turbo and Besauce are the top support picks, and Turbo turns up across many teams.
- Some supports are built for one partner: Piopiota's puddles boost Sherro's damage, and Melobloom fills the support slot in Grass teams built around Irisalis.
A support Aniimo is only as good as the stat it scales with. Two supports can sit in the same slot and want completely different builds, so before you invest in one you need to know whether it heals off HP, scales with Regen or wants Attack.
This list sorts the support Aniimo by element, marks the top picks and flags the ones built around a single partner. Use it to fill the support slot in whatever element your team runs.
Aniimo stats for supports: HP, Regen or Attack
Support Aniimo split three ways on stats. Some heal based on HP. Some scale their regen effects with Regen. Some scale with Attack. That matters more for a support than for anything else on your team, because a healer built on the wrong stat heals for very little.
Hexen is the clearest case on this list: it is a support that scales with Regen. If you have been wondering what Regen does, this is where it earns its place. On a Regen support, it is the stat that drives the regen effects.
For the others, check which of the three stats a support uses before you start feeding it upgrades. The element tells you where a support fits. The stat tells you how to build it.
Support Aniimo by element
Wind has Nimbi, which fills the support role for wind teams.
Dark is the most crowded element for supports. Dewy is a dark support. Hexen is Dark and Grass, and scales with Regen. Fragrancier is a dark-type support that applies a Secret Fragrance mark.
Lightning has two options. Lumino is a Lightning and Holy support. Luminel is an Electric (Lightning) support with a Prismana option.
Grass has Melobloom, which is primarily a support and fills that role in combat. Hexen also counts here thanks to its Grass half, so a Grass team can choose between the two.
Tromber gives crit damage and healing, which makes it a support that adds to your damage as well as keeping the team alive. Turbo is a pure Support-role Aniimo.
Top support picks: Turbo, Besauce and Fragrancier

Turbo and Besauce are the top support Aniimo. Turbo in particular is a common pick across many teams, so if you are unsure what to put in the support slot, it is the safe default. Its kit has its own article on this site, so it gets one line here.
Fragrancier is the other strong support worth naming. It fills the team's healer slot, which makes it the obvious choice when a dark team needs someone dedicated to keeping it alive.

Supports built around one partner

A few supports do their best work next to a specific Aniimo.
Piopiota supports Sherro. It creates puddles that Sherro's skills use, and that boosts Sherro's damage. If you run Sherro, Piopiota is the support that makes it hit harder.
Melobloom fills the support slot in Grass teams built around Irisalis. If Irisalis is your main damage dealer, Melobloom is the support that team is built with.
Where to start
Choose your element first, then check the stat. Use Turbo or Besauce when you need a support that works almost anywhere, Fragrancier when a dark team needs a healer, and Piopiota or Melobloom when your team is built around Sherro or Irisalis. Build each support on whichever of HP, Regen or Attack it scales with.
