The RV: Upgrades, Parks and Regional Orders
Wood is the bottleneck for most RV upgrades, and level 2 is where your Aniimo start working on their own. Here is what each upgrade costs and what it opens.

- The RV is an upgradeable personal base, and the Homeland is reached through it, so upgrading the RV is how your base grows.

Early on you unlock an RV camper van, and it becomes your personal base. It is more than a place to park. The Homeland, your private space for farming resources and currencies, starts from the RV and is unlocked as part of the RV park.
That makes the RV the thing you are really levelling. Its level decides how much the Homeland can hold, when your Aniimo start working without you, and how quickly you outgrow the early game. Players who leave it alone fall behind, because engaging with the Homeland and RV systems increases your strength.
How the RV and the Homeland fit together
The RV is your camper van and your base in one. You can personalise and decorate its living space with Aniimo, and the Homeland hangs off it. To get inside your housing, you register at the park board and then use the portal at the rear of the RV.
The Homeland is where you farm resources and currencies, and those feed straight back into building and upgrading the RV. That loop is the whole point. The Homeland pays for the RV, and the RV lets the Homeland grow. The Homeland has its own guide on this site, so this page sticks to the van.
What an RV upgrade costs
Each upgrade costs credits plus wood and stone. Broken down, the items asked for include Home Coins, wood blocks, wood chips, soil and coarse sifted ore. The raw materials come from two places: woodlands and mines.
The catch is wood. At most levels it is the main bottleneck for both RV upgrades and Homeland level-ups, which means the two systems compete for the same pile. Stone and ore rarely hold you up the way wood does. If you are passing through woodland with spare time, gather. It is the material you will be short of next.
Home Coins are a Homeland currency, so a working Homeland is part of the upgrade cost too. You cannot rush the van while neglecting the base behind it.
What each RV level unlocks
The first upgrade worth planning around is level 2. Upgrading the Homeland RV to level 2 unlocks Aniimo worker automation. Before that, the Homeland is something you tend by hand. After it, Aniimo can assist you with tasks in the Homeland and work as labourers in the RV factory.
Automation matters because assigned Aniimo work through jobs on a timer. Resources keep accumulating while you are away or logged off, and those resources are what pay for the next upgrade. Past that, every RV level raises how many facilities and items you can place in the Homeland. More facilities means more jobs running at once, which means more of the materials you need for the level after.

Parks, campsites and other players
The RV is also how you meet people. You can park mobile homes and trailers at open-world campsites and outposts, and each vehicle gets a customisable platform in front of it.
Outside those spots you are mostly alone. Other players are visible only when you are grouped in the same party, inside the main city, or within camp and RV areas. Parking and visiting friends are covered in their own guide on this site.
Where to start
Push the RV to level 2 as soon as you can so your Aniimo start working on timers, then keep levelling it to fit more facilities into the Homeland. Treat wood as the scarce material and gather it whenever you are in woodland. Upgrading the RV makes you stronger, so don't leave it until later.
