The Homeland: Farming, Home Coins and Passive Production
Your Homeland is a private farm attached to your RV. Here is how the work loop, the currency and the upgrades fit together, and why skipping it costs you power.
The short version
- Every Pathfinder owns an RV, and the RV holds a portal to a personal Homeland area.
- Aniimo assigned to the farm keep producing resources while you are off doing something else.
- Home Coins are the local currency. You earn them selling crops and goods to merchants, and spend them on seeds, production materials and farming upgrades.
- Check Home Orders when you sit down to play, so crops go in the ground in time.
- Upgrading the Homeland opens the Homeland Shop and exclusive merchant stock, including Prismana Crystals, which nurturing consumes.
- Neglecting the Homeland and the RV is a mistake, because engaging with them makes you stronger.
Aniimo take part in movement, combat and exploration, and they also work the Homeland. That last one is easy to treat as a side activity and easy to regret treating that way.
Each Pathfinder owns an RV, which functions as a customizable base and contains a portal to a personal Homeland area. Behind that portal is a private space for farming currencies and resources that feed back into RV construction and progression. You farm there, you decorate, you customize the place, and you house your Aniimo. Your closest partner Aniimo can stay with you there.
The short version: the Homeland pays you while you are elsewhere, and what it pays out is what upgrades your RV. Start it early.
Putting Aniimo to work
The Homeland includes a farming system, and Aniimo can be assigned to work it. Assigned Aniimo passively produce resources while you engage in other activities, so the farm is running during combat, exploration and everything else you do outside the portal.
What comes out matters. The Homeland generates materials including harvested wood and minerals, and those are used to upgrade the RV. Progressing the Homeland also yields passive rewards over time. The loop is closed: your Aniimo produce, the production upgrades the RV, and the RV is the base the Homeland hangs off.
Home Coins and the crop cycle
The Homeland runs on its own currency. Home Coins are earned by selling crops and goods to merchants, and they are spent on seeds, production materials and farming upgrades. The farm funds itself out of what the farm produces.
Home Orders are the timing pressure. Check them at the start of a play session, because that is what lets you plant the correct crops in time. Plant first, then go do something else. Some Homeland orders go further and require dispatching Aniimo in the RV to collect regional resources, so the vehicle is part of the fulfilment chain and not just a garage.

What upgrading unlocks
Unlocking the Homeland grants access to the Homeland Shop. Upgrading it goes further and opens exclusive stock from in-game merchants, such as Prismana Crystals. Those crystals are consumed during nurturing, which is the clearest example of Homeland progress paying out somewhere that has nothing to do with farming.
Decoration runs on a separate cost. Bud tickets are required to acquire decorations, materials and buildings, and Homelands can be customized using furniture and Aniimo-themed decorative items. Players can invite friends into their world and visit each other's homelands, so the decorating is not purely for your own benefit.
Why you should not skip it
Neglecting the Homeland and RV systems is a mistake, because engaging with them increases player strength. That is the whole argument. It is not a cosmetic side mode you can bolt on later without losing anything.
Engaging in Homeland tasks early is recommended in order to level up the RV quickly. There is also content locked behind these systems: certain outfits and cosmetics can only be obtained through the Homeland and the RV. If you want them, the farm is the only route.
Where to start
Open the portal early, assign Aniimo to the farm, and make checking Home Orders the first thing you do each session. The production runs while you play, and it is what pays for your RV.
