The dex lists no traversal ability for Cubbo — it does not open new ground.
Movement: Head Hammer Use Head Hammer to launch a Shock Wave. That is a speed buff rather than traversal — it does not get you anywhere you could not already go.

Which egg produces Cubbo is not known yet.
Named eggs lock their outcome, so one very likely does. Nobody has published which, and we will not name it until we have watched one hatch — which is what we start measuring on 16 September.
