What it lets you reach
The dex lists no traversal ability for Waleetle — it does not open new ground.
Movement: Hustle Enters Hustle state, increasing movement speed by consuming stamina. That is a speed buff rather than traversal — it does not get you anywhere you could not already go.

Which egg produces Waleetle is not known yet.
Named eggs lock their outcome, so one very likely does. Nobody has published which, and we will not name it until we have watched one hatch — which is what we start measuring on 16 September.
