Iris possesses an extremely lightweight body, often lifted by the wind. It then either slowly spirals downward using the resistance from its petal skirt, or simply allows itself to be carried away by the wind.

What it lets you reach
The dex lists no traversal ability for Iris — it does not open new ground.
Movement: Blooming Flowers bloom wherever it dances. That is a speed buff rather than traversal — it does not get you anywhere you could not already go.

Which egg produces Iris is not known yet.
Named eggs lock their outcome, so one very likely does. Nobody has published which, and we will not name it until we have watched one hatch — which is what we start measuring on 16 September.
